European Cockpit Association
ECA is the European association of professional airline pilots. ECA has a multinational motivated team of 11 staff members based in Brussels working for and with pilots in Europe (visit www.eurocockpit.be).
We are looking for a Communications & events intern for the period May/ June until mid-Oct 2024
Requirements:
- Communications, languages or similar degree
- Fluent in English
- Social media management & website management skills
- Organized and eye for detail
- Good IT skills
- Familiarity with the Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator is a big plus
- Event organizing skills or experience
- Basic knowledge of EU Institutions and the Brussels environment is a plus
- Interest in EU politics is a plus
Key tasks:
- Support communications team in developing content & social media management
- Plan and organize an event in October with the support of policy officers and communications manager
The event will require:
- Planning
- Liaising with providers and caterers
- Invitations & follow up
- Mapping interested participants & reaching out
- Communications and promotion of event
- Follow up post-event
